How often should the filters be replaced?
The average life span of a carbon filter is 12–13 months. We highly recommend that you replace your filter every 12 months.
What happens if I move houses?
Simply turn off the water supply to the filter, cut the pipings and disconnect the system yourself. Once at your new residence call our office to make an appointment and a technician will attend to reinstall your system, including new piping’s and fittings at no extra cost. If you have any troubles disconnecting your system, just call our office and we will do it for you.
Where are the filters made?
Our filters are American made and are certified by the National Sanitation Foundation.
I’ve got an existing water filter system with another company, are you able to service it?
This is not a problem and a request we receive on a regular basis. We stock cartridges for all brands of filters and are more than happy to help you in this regard.
